All orders are despatched from our warehouse within 24 hrs via Royal Mail or parcel couriers, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Premium Next Day, Next Day Before Noon & Saturday Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Islands.
Terms & Conditions
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
EU Delivery
International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Mail or by courier. They take between 2 and 5 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Please note, in all instances The Fish Film Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
